Christmas 2021

The second unusual year comes to a close yet The Forgotten Woodland Garden of Lewtrenchard continues as normal. Birds still call from the croak of the raven to the chatter of a family of long tailed tits.

Maintenance over the past few weeks has seen a number of trees felled and repaired to ensure safety. The 4 ashes with ash die-back in the limekiln area have been safely felled to ensure they don’t fall across power lines or the Victorian pigsty. Thank you need to go to the team.
