AGM 2021 x Talk by Oliver Yeo on local PPE
We are intending to have a double Annual General Meeting 7pm on Monday 21 June at the Lewdown village hall. The double bill is a result of the COVID pandemic meaning that last year’s event was postponed until this year when gathering are again likely to be permitted.
Keep an eye on this site to avoid disappointment in case things change before the day.

The Lewdown Victory Hall committee have advised the following –
To all hirers of the hall as of 17th May 2021.
It is your responsibility that no more than 30 people are in the hall at any one time also they all wear masks (unless exempt) and they respect social distancing.
Somebody must man the entrance door to make sure that everyone signs in or scans the QR code displayed.
Please make sure there is plenty of ventilation (please do not turn heating up if doors and windows are open).
If possible make it a one way system so there is no congestion in the foyer.
